Deploy script

Runs as grafana-example-com in the application directory after checkout. Node/Python builds load .env and .env.build. Exits on the first error.

Atomic deployments Build each deploy in its own release folder and switch the site to it only when the script succeeds. A failed build never reaches visitors. Node/Python apps restart during activation; a failed HTTP health check attempts to restore the previous release. Database changes are not rolled back.

Shared paths

One per line, kept across releases in ~/shared (uploads, .env, storage). The last 3 releases are kept in ~/releases.
